On an Autumn River Elbe

In the last few days, the Giant Mountains resembled the end of November rather than the middle of October. Snow on the ridges, temperatures around zero, cloudy and rain for several days in a row. The only chance for photography was the waterfalls, and only a few of them. The heavy rains made most of the mountain streams into unphotographable riverbeds through which hectoliters and hectoliters of water poured. Fortunately, the Little Elbe Waterfall did not disappoint.

Panorama compiled from total of 39 frames (3-level exposure bracketing of 13 frames in two rows).
