Goodbye Autumn, Hello Winter

The last photo expedition to the Dolomites was everything but ordinary. Similar to the one on Lofoten islands back in Autumn. And I am not referring only to travel directives in connection with COVID-19.

The Dolomites were covered with snow already in mid-October and it was clear that this year will be different in terms of conditions. My last experience with snow in October was six year ago. Despite the overall madness, we were blessed with an amazing view of golden larches and fresh snow reaching more than a meter. It was something.

Panorama compiled from total of 72 frames (3-level exposure bracketing of 24 frames in two rows).

Equipment: Nikon D850, Carl Zeiss Milvus 35mm f/1.4
