Magic Lantern

Mostly due to the actual Moon phase, I wanted to make this year’s Perseids hunting short. Me and my colleagues went to my favorite photolocation in Šumava (Bohemian Forest National Park). We didn’t expect more than a good talk. But we ended up shooting during 3 nights and getting more than 800 pictures out of that. I picked up the most attractive meteorsr for you to enjoy the momentum.

Panorama compiled from total of 27 frames (6 averaged exposures of stars in two rows, 12 exposures of the Perseids, 9 averaged exposures of landscape in the third row, 2-level focus bracketing).
