The Lofoten Islands are among the most attractive destinations that Norway, and indeed all of Scandinavia, has to offer. Fjords, diverse coastlines, towering peaks, beautiful beaches, picturesque fishing villages... all of this is just a fraction of what we will see in Lofoten.

Many of you have already visited Lofoten with me on photography expeditions in September, October, November, February, March, or April. But never in the summer. I have only enjoyed the midnight sun in Lofoten during private trips. And this year, for the first time, you have the opportunity to join me on a summer photo expedition under the reign of the midnight sun. What can we expect? Blooming Lofoten, whose colorful scenery sometimes resembles Madeira. Yes, we can find that many flowers in Lofoten in June. Add to that the turquoise sea and frequent morning fogs that resemble inversions, a phenomenon not seen in Lofoten at other times of the year.

But most importantly, we will experience literally endless sunsets and sunrises full of colors. Are you disappointed when you miss the most beautiful "red light" just before sunset while photographing? Imagine that such light lasts for several hours. We might spend six hours photographing a beautiful sunset, but after a while, it will actually be a sunrise. This is somewhat exaggerated, as the sun does not set at this time in Lofoten. So, when will we be photographing? During the day. But biologically at night. When will we sleep? During the day. Biologically during the day.

If you have never been to Lofoten or anywhere in northern Scandinavia in the summer, you will experience something unique. An endless photographic journey, where during the non-sunset and non-sunrise, we will capture countless compositions from beaches and hills, all under the most beautiful lighting conditions. In other words, we enjoy the polar day.

Or, on the contrary, do you have health issues or simply running out of stamina? No problem. On our expeditions, no one is ever "the last one lagging behind."

Detailed itinerary of the photo expedition

Are you interested in the detailed itinerary of the photo expedition? Do you want to know where we will be shooting on the third day, what we will have for dinner on the fourth day, where we will be shooting on the fifth day, or what time we will have breakfast on the seventh day? Then you won't find that with us.

We fundamentally reject this type of sightseeing tours! We adapt our program to current weather forecast models. Based on the knowledge and experience of the lecturers, we select for shooting those locations where there are currently the greatest chances of successfully taking photos. From an organizational standpoint, this type of photo expedition is significantly more demanding than a preset "prefabricated" model of travel agencies, regardless of weather and photographers' needs. However, we organize a real photo expedition. Our goal is for each participant to take as many photos as they expect and envision.
